Irish teenager Patrick Ward, 18, wanted for a series of burglaries in London

METROPOLITAN Police detectives are appealing for the public’s help to find a man wanted for burglary and other offences in London.

Patrick Ward, 18, was last known to be living in the Wandsworth area of south London but is known to make frequent visits to Kent.

The teenager may also be in Lambeth or Croydon.

He was due before magistrates in Medway on Tuesday, January 31, but failed to show up.

He has been charged with four counts of residential burglary, one count of aggravated vehicle taking and other driving offences.

The burglaries are alleged to have taken place in Bromley and Croydon, as well as in Surrey.

Ward is described as white with tanned skin, 5ft 10ins and of a slim build.

He speaks with an Irish accent and police say he may have links to the Traveller community.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Ward should call police on 999 or anyone with information is asked to call Croydon CID via 101, or by tweeting @MetCC.
