Police in London appeal for help in finding missing Irishman

POLICE in London are appealing for help to find a missing Irishman.

Family and detectives are concerned for the welfare of Darragh Solan, 30, who went missing from his home in Mitcham on Friday morning.

The young man was last seen by friends in the Cricklewood area on Friday and Saturday.

It is believed he is using public transport and may have travelled to or through Lambeth, Islington or Hackney.

Mr Solan is described as white, 6ft 1in tall with a medium build and dark brown short “floppy or messy” hair.

He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey coloured jumper and a tweed knee-length coat.
