A CAFE in Mayo has come up with what might be the perfect Easter breakfast.
Cian’s on Bridge Street has pulled all the stops with a menu addition that appeals to the inner child in each and every one of us.
The voice that says it’s perfectly acceptable to start the day with chocolate.
In what is tantamount to the perfect Easter breakfast indulgence, Cian’s has combined that classic Easter sweet treat mainstay, the Cadbury’s Crème Egg, with cookie-based soldiers.
Even better, it comes included with caramel eggs and a few Lindor thrown in for good measure.
Lovin.ie were the first to discover this inspired update on the tried-and-tested breakfast classic.
And while it’s modelled on the first and most important meal of the day, this inspired dessert/breakfast hybrid can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Cian's uploaded a video of their chocolate based creme egg and cookie soldiers and the results do not disappoint.
The good news is that they are available to order now and have already proven popular with orders coming in from chocolate lovers across Ireland.
With little else to keep us occupied during the ongoing lockdown, there’s never been a better excuse to indulge in a bit of chocolate-based rest and relaxation.
