BROSNA did most of the damage in the first half as John Mitchels suffered All Ireland Junior Football final heartbreak again at Croke Park.

John Mitchels, also beaten in the 2009 decider by Skellig Rangers, were in trouble early on as Brosna dominated.

Kieran Lynam registered Mitchels' only score in the opening period as they trailed by 0-5 to 0-1 at half-time.

Scores from Conal McGlade and John McDermott brought Mitchels to within two points, but Brosna held out as Timmy Finnegan sealed the issue with a fine score.
