McWilliams names unchanged side to face Scotland

Greg McWilliams has named his Ireland Match Day Squad to face Scotland in the final game of this years TikTok Women’s Six Nations. McWilliams has named an unchanged starting team to the one that lost to England in Round 5

Dorothy Wall returns to the side, but starts on the bench in  Edinburgh.

Lauren Delany, Aoife Doyle and Natasja Behan continue as Ireland's back three.

Vicky Irwin and Aoife Dalton start in midfield.

Molly Scuffil-McCabe and her Leinster team-mate Dannah O’Brien retain their places as the half-backs.

In the pack Linda Djougang, Neve Jones and Christy Hane start in the front row.

Nichola Fryday and Sam Monaghan provide cover behind them.

Brittany Hogan, Grace Moore, Deirbhile Nic a Bháird complete the side from the back row.

"It has been a challenging Championship but we have learned a huge amount throughout the course of the campaign, and we have seen improvements week-on-week. The focus now is to put all those learnings to the test and produce our best performance of the season in Edinburgh," said McWilliams.

“The group is hugely motivated to finish the Six Nations with a positive performance and result, but we know it will be a huge challenge against a very talented Scotland side who are really building under Bryan Easson. We’re looking forward to a big occasion with a record crowd expected in Edinburgh on Saturday night.”

Saturday’s match is live on Virgin Media Two and BBC iPlayer.
