Champion Irish dancers record foot-tapping tribute to spur on the Ireland at the Euros

TALENTED Irish dancers James Devine and David Geaney have produced some pretty cool Irish dancing videos in the past, but this one is dedicated to the boys in green.

The two champion dancers, who perform under the name Velocity, wanted to pay homage to the Irish football team at the Euros 2016 using their feet.

The video was shot it at Seanchoill Sports Complex in Co. Clare and the two dancers choreographed, recorded and edited it themselves in under 24 hours.

James Devine, from Ardnacrusha, County Clare, is a three-time World Champion dancer and is certified by the Guinness World Records for the fastest feet in the world with an astonishing 38 taps per second.

David Geaney, from Dingle, County Kerry is a five-time World Champion and has been dubbed the “present day Fred Astaire” by world famous Irish musician Sharon Shannon.
