Teens arrested following alleged racist attack

A man in his 30s had to receive medical attention due to the attack.

Three teenagers aged 16, 17 and 18 have been arrested after one man was violently assaulted.

The attack reportedly happened on September 17 at 17.35pm on East Bridge Street in Belfast, County Antrim.

The man, believed to be in his 30s, was treated for his injuries at the scene.

Inspector Sayers of the PSNI said: "Enquiries are continuing but police are treating this as a racially motivated hate crime.

"We would appeal to anyone with any information to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 1035 17/9/18," they added.
