A WOMAN had her hair set on fire by a gang of teenagers on the Luas, according to reports.
The horrible incident occurred on Saturday, January 11 on the Luas Red Line.
It's reported that the woman's hair was set alight by a group of teens on a tram travelling from the city centre to Tallaght.
The driver of the tram is said to have complained to Transdev after security staff failed to show up to deal with the youths after the incident was reported.
LUASIn a separate incident seven days later, gardaí responded to a public order incident at the Drimnagh Luas stop.
A group of teens had reportedly been causing a disturbance and one young man was arrested for damaging the inside of one of the trams with a metal pole.
