A man in his 20s has been shot in the leg in Dublin City this evening.
The incident occurred in an area known as the Horse Yard, near Thomas Street.
The man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Gardaí were alerted to the shooting at 9.10pm and have preserved the scene for a technical examination.
Gardaí said no arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
