THE TEENAGE nephew of celebrity Irish chef Neven Maguire is reportedly fighting for his life after suffering a serious head injury in a fall.
The Irish Sun reports that James Maguire was injured after falling down a flight of stairs in Donegal at the weekend.
He was initially treated in Letterkenny General Hospital before being moved to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
James is the son of Neven’s brother, Kenny.
Prayers were offered for James and his family at Kilmacrennan Church near Letterkenny on Sunday.
Neven Maguire, who has appeared on the likes of The Late Late Show and Nationwide, is owner and head chef of the MacNean House and Restaurant in Co, Cavan.
